Tarot Secrets: Six of Swords
a picture of the 6 of swords card from the tarot, illustrated by Pamela Coleman Smith Packing for an important journey is always hard. What to take, what to leave behind, how much to plan on using from home and how much to just buy when you arrive. How much money will it all cost? How much room will it take up? How heavy will that backpack be, and can I really haul it up all of those stairs? It's easy to forget that stories can be bulky or heavy or just tiring to carry around in their own right. So many of us just keep tossing them in with the luggage, purchasing a new and bigger sack to hold them all if things start to get unwieldy. And it makes sense - after all, there's nothing we've worked harder for than our stories. Nothing that's cost us more, either, and it's a scary thing indeed to contemplate leaving them behind. Take care, though, not to let those stories (which have been purchased at the cost of your life up to this point) take up so much space that they cost you even more in the future.
